Age Requirement:Our website is intended for visitors aged 13 and older. If you’re under 13, please browse with a parent or guardian present.

4. Visiting the Gardens

Respectful Conduct:Pugh Prairie Gardens is a place of conservation, reflection, and community. We ask all visitors to treat the land, the wildlife, and each other with care and respect. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the property.
Photography and Videography:Personal photography is not just allowed, it’s encouraged! Our native landscapes make for beautiful shots in every season. However, commercial photography or videography requires prior approval. Please contact us before your visit to make arrangements.

5. Donations

Pugh Prairie Gardens gratefully accepts donations in support of our conservation and education mission. As a 501(c3) non-profit, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Funds are used at the discretion of Pugh Prairie Gardens to maintain and expand our gardens, trails, and programs.

6. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive updates about Pugh Prairie Gardens events, volunteer opportunities, and conservation news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

7. Liability

Visitors enter and use Pugh Prairie Gardens’ grounds and trails at their own risk. Pugh Prairie Gardens is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your visit or use of our website.
